GRANULATE AND LAMINATE
Granulate
Polymer granules are semi-finished products designed for the production of plastic productsby injection or extrusion technology.
Granules are made from various plastic polymers in natural dye, they can also be in different color combinations.
HDPE films
In addition to flexible packaging, HDPE is also very suitable for producing rigid packaging.
HDPE is also used in technical applications, such as septic tanks, in the production of pipes and cable sheaths and wiring.
LDPE films
LDPE films are the most widely used for similar types of foil and are suitable for the packaging of a wide range of goods, for producing group packaging and transport, for overlaps and as a semi-finished product for the production of welded products.
Three-layer films
Suitable to produce flexible packaging for the food industry, pharmacy, Pet Food and more. The foil meets strict requirements in terms of strength properties, sanitary safety, appearance, and functionality. Laminated films show high mechanical strength, robustness, and resistance to external influences.
Polypropylene PP
Suitable for producing flexible films, rigid packaging, and fibers, as well as for technical purposes. HDPE is also used in technical applications, such as septic tanks, in the production of piping and for the sheathing of cables and wiring.
Polyethylene PEP
The most useful material for producing films, especially for packaging.
Recyclable material.
PET
Good extra-technical mechanical properties. It has excellent structural strength, can withstand the suction pressure. Fibers in the textile industry and beverage bottles, electric bags, bags for pre-cooked meals, non-perishable food packaging.
Recyclable material.
PVC
Good chemical resistance, low flammability, good electrical insulation properties. Inflatable toys, floor coverings, waterproofing films, or a plethora of profiles, from hoses to hard tubes.
